Job Responsibilities:-

- Mentoring Technical team.
- Assigning accounts to the Technical team & monitoring activity of each account to increase technical services quality and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring certification status of the technical team as per the certification plan shared by SOLIDWORKS.
- Monitoring and recording Demos delivered by technical Pre-sales Team every Month.
- Recording, monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of technical team.
- Technical Event/ Webinar/Activity Planning for customers and prospects, Customer Auditing.
- Recent product learning as suggested by SOLIDWORKS.
- Closely Working with Subscription & Customer Care Team.

Min EDU Qualification required:

B.Tech Min Experience required: Minimum 7 yrs Skills required : Experience of Team Handling.

Experience of using CRM software.

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.

Experience of using SOLIDWORKS Products.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.
