Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Drive high-quality candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure within defined SLAs.
- Manage salary fitment, negotiations, and offer discussions.
- Handle recruitment approvals, background verification, compliance checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Work closely with external recruitment partners and monitor vendor performance.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
