Role & responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment for Blue-collar, Sales, Operations & Non-Tech roles.
- Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews to check communication and suitability.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing walk-in drives and bulk hiring closures.
- Maintaining daily hiring reports, trackers, and candidate database.
- Building a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Candidate engagement & follow-up till onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
- 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (Blue-collar / Bulk hiring preferred)
- Must be comfortable with target-based hiring and walk-in drives.Proficient in MS Excel and job portals.
- Immediate joiners / 15 days notice period preferred.
- Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
- Energetic, confident, and willing to work on-site.
- Valuable Communication in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada
