- Role & responsibilities
- Provide support for existing applications
• Respond to customer queries over mail and phone
• Handle all tickets related to technical support
• Provide Installation, training and support to the client
• Ability to work in a virtual team across geographies
• Act as a bridge between customers and IT/Developers
• Participation in providing training to customers as required
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Preferred candidate profile
Male candidates only (It is a night shift, work from Office)
3-4 years' experience. Need candidates from Vadodara only.
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory)
- US client technical support preferred.
- Technical expertise in Application Support
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, HTML, and SQL will be an advantage
- Firm Grasp of how the web / mobile works, networking, and software products
