We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sourcing and acquisition of customers for Personal Loans and Business Loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, sourcing new business through open market, DSA, connectors, and other channels, while ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source Personal Loan and Business Loan customers through various channels such as Open Market, DSA, Connectors, Referrals, and Corporate Tie-ups.
- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates,



and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documents.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business volumes assigned by the organization.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC norms.
