Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate VMC machine to produce high-quality parts with minimal errors.
- Read engineering drawings, understand part requirements, and program the machine accordingly.
- Perform setter activities such as setting tooling, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
- Monitor machine performance during production runs to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of production data including cycle time, quality metrics, and downtime.
