Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to implement, configure, customize, and support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, optimize HR processes, and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Configure workflows, approvals, security, and business processes.
- Support data migration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Advantages, and Talent Management teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide system support.
- Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Support HCM upgrades, patches, and quarterly releases.
- Develop reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and security requirements.
