EXPERIENCE RANGE - 5 Years and above

- Role: SAP ERP Production Planning & Control - Process Industry (PP-PI) Consultant / Senior Consultant
- Experience Range:5years and above of relevant functional experience
- Locations: often PAN-India
- Project Types: Implementation, Rollouts, S/4HANA Migration, Enhancements, and Application Management Services (AMS) Support

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering & Design: Conduct business blueprint workshops, analyze gap-fits, and design scalable solutions for process manufacturing clients.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure PP-PI master data, process orders, and execution parameters in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Testing & Deployment: Create functional specs, execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and support go-live/hypercare phases.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Coordinate seamlessly with MM (Materials Management),



QM (Quality Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PM (Plant Maintenance), and FICO modules.

Key Skills Required

- Core Module Expertise: Solid hands-on knowledge of SAP PP-PI, process manufacturing flows, and recipe management.
- Master Data: Expertise in Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Master Recipes, Resources, Work Centers, and Production Versions.
- Process Execution: Experience with Process Order management, phase/order confirmations, material staging, goods movements, and order settlement.
- Batch Management: Deep understanding of batch creation, batch determination, characteristics, and end-to-end traceability.
- Planning Concepts: Familiarity with Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Capacity Planning
