Role & responsibilities
Experience - 2 to 5 Years
Education - Diploma Tool and Die
Age 24 Years
1. Ability to do Tool and Die- PM , Design and Abnormality Management.
2. Ability to Guide Team Members in workplace - Subordinates of 8~ 16 members.
3. Develop and Train Current employees for the Maintenance roles.
4. Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) for welding jigs, clamps, pins, locators, risers, sensors, etc.
5. Monitor jig wear parts (pins, bushes, shims, cylinders) and ensure timely replacement.
6. Maintain jig accuracy (datums, locating points, clamp force consistency).
7. Monitor BIW dimensional performance using CMM, online gauges, check fixtures.
8. Ability to Do Kaizen & Understand the purpose of 4S
9. Analytical skill, CAD, Power BI.
10. knowledge & Experience about Quality systems such as 7 QC tools, ISO, etc.,
11. Effective Communication and Documentation skill to work with Cross function teams.
12. Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and interlock systems.
13.Identify and mitigate unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
14.Support safety audits, risk assessments, and statutory compliance.
15.Foster a culture of discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement.

5. Handling of group of people with different mind set.
6. 3 shift working experience.
7. Target oriented task(completing the task on same day)
