Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced Travel & Sales Consultant who can manage the full sales cycle from lead conversion to itinerary creation to client communication while helping grow our presence on platforms like TravelTriangle. This is a role for someone who understands both the creative and commercial sides of travel: someone who can craft a compelling itinerary and also close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads from various channels (including TravelTriangle and other platforms) and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and destination requirements
- Communicate directly with clients via call, email, and chat to understand requirements, address queries, and build trust
- Follow up on leads consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Coordinate with vendors, local partners, and destination management companies to finalize bookings
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client communication
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel packages and add-on services




- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings

Requirements

- Proven experience in travel sales, preferably with hands-on exposure to TravelTriangle or similar travel platforms
- Solid itinerary-building skills across domestic and/or international destinations
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills confident on calls and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into paying customers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on a salary + commission structure
- Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or similar lead-tracking systems is a plus
- Prior experience in a travel agency, DMC, or OTA environment preferred
