Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market share.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions to optimize operations.
Job Requirements :
- 0-15 years of experience in agency sales or related field (insurance industry preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Robust understanding of insurance products/services and ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
