Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP QM business processes.
- Implement quality planning, inspections, notifications, and certifications.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and requirement gathering.
- Prepare functional specifications and support developments.
- Perform testing, defect resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Integrate QM with PP, MM, SD, EWM, MES, and other SAP modules.
- Support workshops, UAT, cutover, and production support activities.
- Train business users and provide post-go-live support.
