Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using Java & Spring Boot

- Build scalable, secure APIs and integrate with enterprise systems
- Develop event-driven pipelines using Kafka
- Implement CI/CD workflows for seamless deployments
- Write unit, integration, and automated tests
- Participate in architecture reviews and code reviews
- Investigate production issues using AWS CloudWatch & logging frameworks
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams across full SDLC
- Ensure code quality using static analysis and coverage tools
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Maintain proper documentation using Confluence

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience (7+

years) in building scalable, secure, and highperformance backend systems using Java,

Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and AWS. The ideal candidate will possess

hands-on expertise across development,



integration, test automation, CI/CD pipelines,

and AWS cloud deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design,

implement, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade solutions.

This role requires deep technical proficiency, robust analytical capability, and an ability

to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Core Technical Skills

1. Programming Languages & Frameworks

• Java 17 (preferred); strong experience in Java 8+

• Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA

• Spring Security for authentication & authorization

• RESTful API design and development

• Strong understanding of Core Java concepts, multithreading, collections,

generics, functional programming (Lambdas/Streams)
