Coordinate recruitment for factory employee, staff, and contract workers
Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and payroll inputs
Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll for timely salary processing
PF, Qualified Tax, and statutory compliance
Required Candidate profile
4 - 5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Manufacturing/factory experience preferred.
Experience in handling contract labour will be an advantage.
