Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- MBA preferred

Experience:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Loan Against Property, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, or related secured lending products
- Experience in sales team handling and branch business development preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Loan Against Property business in the assigned location.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Source customers through direct sales, channel partners, DSAs, and referral networks.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales executives.




- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and intermediaries.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
