Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Ind AS/IFRS
- Oversee books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, and month-end/year-end closing
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting to management

Taxation & Compliance

- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS)
- Handle tax return filings, assessments, and liaison with tax authorities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements

Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Design and monitor internal control systems and SOPs
- Identify risk areas and recommend process improvements

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct financial analysis to aid strategic and operational decisions
- Monitor working capital, cash flow,



and treasury functions

Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, HR) for financial inputs
- Present financial reports to senior management/board as required

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS, taxation (Direct & Indirect), and corporate law
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and advanced Excel
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
- High ethical standards and integrity

Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
