Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of auto loans and refinancing.
- Identify current business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in auto loans, car finance, or vehicle finance industry. Used Car experience will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of used car loan products and services offered by banks/financial institutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship management.
