Capacity Planning Engineer (m/f/d)

Your job:

- Drive capacity planning and optimization to improve logistics performance (QCD)

- Lead process improvement and value stream optimization initiatives across operations

- Analyzeworkflows to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and efficiency gains

- Design and implement layouts, capacity models, WMS, and automation solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Define requirements and support procurement and deployment of logistics equipment and systems

- Ensure adherence to standardized processes, global standards, and KPI tracking

- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity

- Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and teams for project execution and delivery

- Conduct time studies, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and process documentation

Our requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / related field with 47 years of relevant experience in logistics or capacity planning

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material management systems, and process optimization (Lean/OPEX)

- Experience in capacity planning, layout design, and project management within logistics environments

- Familiarity with WMS, automation, and data-driven KPI tracking





- Valuable analytical, stakeholder management, and English communication skills (B2 level) with proficiency in MS Office
