The Role

Were looking for a Video Editor / Producer who can take content from idea to final output. Youll work closely with the Founder, marketing, content, and design teams to create engaging, high-quality videos.

What Youll Do

- Edit Reels, YouTube videos, ads, webinars, courses, testimonials & founder content
- Handle pacing, storytelling, subtitles, sound design, graphics, transitions & color
- Create both short-form and long-form content
- Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube & performance marketing
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form videos
- Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and creative output




- Maintain organized project files and consistent brand quality
- Take ownership of timelines, revisions, and final delivery.

What Were Looking For

- Strong video editing portfolio/showreel
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing & retention
- Experience with social media/video content
- Comfortable using or learning AI creative tools
- Creative, detail-oriented, rapid, and able to work independently

Nice to have: Performance marketing creatives, motion graphics, thumbnails, or experience in edtech/wellness/content brands.
