We are hiring Senior Analysts – Voice Process for a Leading UK Bank.
Job Details
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Voice experience – Mandatory
- Industry: Banking / Financial Services preferred
- CTC: Up to 6 LPA
- - Looking for: Stable career profiles with good tenure in previous organizations
- Shift: UK Shift
- Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international voice support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolution for banking-related queries.
- Assist customers with account, transaction and service-related concerns.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and SLA targets.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies and data-security procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year International Voice experience – Mandatory.
- Banking experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable computer and documentation skills.
- Stable employment history preferred.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
