Job Description:

- 35 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least two years supporting U.S. IT or technical staffing.
- Experience recruiting software, AI, cloud, data, infrastructure, SAP, cybersecurity, engineering, or technical program/product roles.
- Working knowledge of U.S. staffing models, employment types, compensation discussions, work authorization categories, and sponsorship considerations.
- Experience recruiting for W2 roles using job boards such as Dice and sites like LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate candidate documentation.
- Robust written and spoken English with a professional phone and video presence.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions,



prioritize urgent openings, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Ability to work an India evening/night schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting automotive, mobility, manufacturing, or large enterprise technology clients.
- Previous recruiting experience for Ford Motor Company or another client using an MSP or VMS through the Magnet program.
- Experience working in an offshore delivery model with shared requisition ownership and daily U.S. team coordination.
