Job Description Sales Trainee (Infra Division)

Job Summary

Kantaflex Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from highly motivated Engineering Graduates with MBA (Marketing/Sales) from reputed institutions/B-Schools for its Sales Trainee Program in the Infrastructure Division. The role is designed to develop future sales professionals through structured training and exposure to project sales, business development, customer relationship management, tender management, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team in lead generation and business development activities.
- Assist in identifying opportunities in infrastructure, construction, railway, government and capital goods sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Participate in customer meetings, site visits and technical presentations.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.
- Maintain customer databases and sales MIS reports.
- Track tenders and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.




- Learn company products, applications and sales processes.
- Build relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines is mandatory.
• MBA in Marketing/Sales from a reputed institution or B-School is preferred.

Experience:
• Freshers only.
• No prior work experience required.
• Relevant internships or academic projects will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:
• Robust communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for sales and business development.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Mandatory Languages: English, Hindi and local regional language

Preference: Male candidates preferred and candidates based in the respective location preferred.
