- Monitor and troubleshoot Wi-Fi/network connectivity issues.
- Basic knowledge of Networking, Routing & Switching.
- Configure, troubleshoot and maintain Wi-Fi Access Points and related network equipment.
- Handle network incidents and provide timely resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams for network implementation and troubleshooting.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi, Networking, Routing & Switching.
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
