Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process in Bangalore. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate / 12th pass candidates can apply, depending on the process.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.




- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- International BPO / Voice Process experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
