Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main procurement partner for software purchases.

Manage software license lifecycle, including renewals and compliance.

Negotiate software contracts to secure best terms and reduce risks.

Lead RFX processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for software sourcing.

Ensure compliance with legal, security, and company policies.

Monitor requisitions and approvals using tools like SAP, CLM, Salesforce, ServiceNow.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.

Support global supplier onboarding and related compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree with 6 -10 years of procurement experience, including Procure-to-Pay and PR/PO lifecycle.

Hands-on experience in software procurement (IT, SaaS, Cloud, Software Licenses).





Strong knowledge of software contract terms and legal compliance.

Ability to lead RFP/RFX processes and negotiate contracts effectively.

Valuable understanding of finance basics (GL codes, cost centres).

Skilled in identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
