Job Summary

Role: Architect for Automated Assurance Product

Responsibilities:

- Proven expertise in Cloudified Product Development.
- Experience architecting, designing, and developing Telco software systems.
- Provides tangible solutions that improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
- Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards.
- Provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
- Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in overall architecture of software systems for Telco products.
- Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture.
- Evaluating forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals.




- 15+ years of experience with at least 5+ years working experience in architecture/design of Telco Products.

Key Responsibilities

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting creative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards while simultaneously establishing and enforcing governance/compliance measures.
5. To train and develop the team to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and that delivery risks are mitigated.
