Job SummaryRole Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ASCP Planning & Supply Chain Analyst to support and enhance Supply Chain Planning operations across Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order Management functions. The role will be responsible for monitoring daily ASCP planning activities, managing JIRA tickets, participating in SDLC project activities, handling user access requests and audits in Demantra, and ensuring smooth business operations through proactive issue resolution and process improvements.

The ideal candidate should possess robust functional knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain modules and demonstrate the ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams in a fast-paced support environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOracle ASCP Planning Support

- Monitor and validate Oracle ASCP plans on a daily basis.
- Analyze planning exceptions and recommend corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot planning-related issues impacting supply and demand plans.
- Ensure successful execution of planning collections and planning runs.
- Coordinate with business users to resolve planning discrepancies and master data issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for planning exceptions and system errors.
- Support forecast, replenishment, and supply planning processes.

JIRA Ticket Management

- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement tickets through JIRA.
- Prioritize and track tickets based on business impact and SLA commitments.
- Conduct issue analysis and provide functional solutions.
- Work closely with development teams for defect fixes and enhancements.
- Maintain proper documentation of resolutions and knowledge articles.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.





SDLC & Project Support

- Participate in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
- Coordinate with development and testing teams.
- Execute and support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Support change management and release activities.
- Provide post-production support for project implementations.

Demantra Administration & User Access Management

- Verify and process Demantra user access requests.
- Perform periodic user access reviews and compliance checks.
- Maintain user roles and security configurations.
- Coordinate with business teams for access approvals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and audit requirements.

Functional Supply Chain Support

Provide functional support across:

- Oracle Purchasing
- Oracle Inventory Management
- Oracle Order Management
- Oracle Manufacturing
- Oracle ASCP Planning
- Demantra Demand Planning

Continuous Improvement

- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Recommend automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in governance meetings and support operational excellence initiatives.
- Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge documents, and training materials.
