Job Summary

The Product Owner is responsible for defining and delivering product capabilities that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and end users to ensure product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered with maximum value. The Product Owner manages the product backlog, develops user stories and acceptance criteria, drives sprint planning activities, and ensures successful execution of the product roadmap. The ideal candidate possesses robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience working in Agile environments to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own and prioritize product backlog aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business goals into epics, features, and user stories.
- Drive product decisions based on customer value, business impact, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with engineering teams throughout delivery lifecycle.

Business Analysis

- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments.
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT activities.

Payments Domain Leadership

- Work on payment systems including all ISO 20022 compliant payment types.
- Understand E2E payment lifecycle from initiation through settlement and reconciliation.




- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams on regulatory initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage business sponsors, operations teams, architects, and development teams.
- Present product roadmaps and status updates to senior leadership.
- Manage competing priorities and drive consensus among stakeholders.

Agile Delivery

- Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure readiness of stories before sprint commitment.
- Track delivery metrics and product outcomes.
- Support release planning and go-live activities.
