Operations Associate – KPO / ITES

factRsystems Pvt. Ltd. is a KPO/ITES company supporting U.S. mortgage and financial services operations. We are looking for talented, committed individuals to join our growing Operations Team in Mangaluru.

About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you will support computer-based research, document review, data analysis, and verification activities across U.S. mortgage and financial-services processes.

Success in this role means delivering accurate, timely, and compliant work, following defined quality standards, and continuously developing your knowledge of mortgage operations and related service lines.

You will be part of factRsystems' core delivery organization, supporting client operations where accuracy, research capability, process discipline, and turnaround time are critical.

Responsibilities

- Review and analyse data, documents, and transaction-related information with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform computer-based research, verification, and validation activities.
- Support U.S. mortgage and financial-services processes across multiple service lines.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client requirements, and quality guidelines.
- Complete assigned work within defined turnaround timelines and productivity expectations.
- Identify discrepancies or incomplete information and escalate them through the appropriate process.
- Maintain confidentiality and responsible handling of client and business information.
- Participate in process training, quality reviews, and continuous-learning initiatives.




- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational and service-quality objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; comprehensive process training will be provided.
- Candidates with prior experience in KPO, ITES, BPO, U.S. mortgage, financial services, document verification, research, or quality control will have an advantage.
- Experience in areas such as Flood, Tax, Title, Mortgage Back Office, Research, Document Review, or QC is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Good computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple applications and online research tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow process instructions and quality standards.
- Willingness to work from the office in Mangaluru and support Day / Night shifts, depending on business requirements.
- Positive learning attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality and performance.
