Key Responsibilities:

- Administer configure and maintain the Control M 9 scheduling environment across distributed and enterprise systems
- Monitor batch job execution troubleshoot failures and ensure timely resolution of production issues
- Create modify and manage job scheduling workflows calendars alerts and dependencies
- Coordinate with application infrastructure and support teams to ensure smooth workload automation operations and service availability

Technical Requirements:

- 2 6 years of experience in BMC Control M Administration and Scheduling
- Hands on experience with Control M Enterprise Manager Control M Server and Control M Agents
- Strong knowledge of Unix Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience in Shell Scripting and automation tools for batch processing support




- Understanding of job scheduling concepts workload automation and batch monitoring
- Knowledge of databases such as Oracle SQL Server or PostgreSQL is preferred

Additional Responsibilities:

- Experience supporting production environments with incident and problem management processes
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management procedures
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills to work with cross functional teams
