- Design and lead end-to-endWindchill migration solutionsfor complex enterprise environments.
- Define migration architecture, strategy, approach, and technical roadmap based on business and technical requirements.
- Provide solid technical expertise inWindchill Migration and WBM.
- Analyze source and target Windchill environments and define appropriate migration methodologies.
- Develop migration plans covering data assessment, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
- Lead technical discussions with customers and clearly explain complex migration concepts, risks, dependencies, and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex migration and Windchill technical issues.
- Review migration scripts, tools, processes,



and technical deliverables to ensure quality and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Windchill developers and migration team members.
- Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and customer stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.
