As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to use low-code platforms and standard tools for application development and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Understanding of release management processes and best practices for SaaS applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
