Knowledge of Kannada or Tamil will be an added advantage

Positive interpersonal and customer - handling skills

Comfortable interacting with customers through video calls

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct Video KYC verification for customers.

Verify customer details and required documents accurately.

Assist customers through out the KYC process.

Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth verification experience.

Follow company guidelines and KYC verification procedures
