Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate sales through customer engagement and follow-ups.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and recent customers.
- Support product display, stock checking, and showroom presentation.
- Handle billing or coordinate with the billing team when required.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and future purchases.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Jewellery, apparel, lifestyle, or other showroom sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and confident personality.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates from Coimbatore preferred.

Shift Timings:

- 9:50 AM – 8:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
