Job Description

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing to Joining)

• Understand client requirements and draft detailed job descriptions

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer management

• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

• Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline

• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (Consultancy/Agency preferred)

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools

• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
