Branch Manager - Life Insurance

Job Summary

We are hiring a Branch Manager for a leading Life Insurance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch business growth, achieving sales targets, managing and developing the agency team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive overall branch performance and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage a high-performing agency sales team.
- Monitor and improve team productivity through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and execute branch-level business strategies to maximize growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, advisors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.




- Monitor policy persistency and implement initiatives to improve retention rates.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently and effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum experience in Life Insurance sales and agency channel management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Valuable understanding of life insurance products, agency distribution, and IRDAI guidelines.
- Ability to drive business growth through recruitment, training, and team development.
