We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team in Salem (Fairlands). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain records of all billing transactions and client communications.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure proper billing processes are followed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and collections.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage customer accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding billing inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Knowledge in Tally and filing GST
- 1-3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable role.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with billing software and financial management systems.
Working time: 10 am to 6 pm. Mon- Sat working (Sunday holiday).
Work Location: Salem.
Salary: 15K-20k per month depending on previous experience and skill set.
