Job Summary

Looking for a senior Data Modeler / AI Architect with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in AI-native architecture, GenAI, RAG, Agentic frameworks, Data Lakes, SQL and Python. The candidate will provide technical leadership, work directly with clients, solve complex architecture challenges and lead small technical teams.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of experience across multiple technology areas
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the area of responsibility
- Strong Data Modeling and Data Architecture experience
- AI Experience is Mandatory
- Hands-on experience designing AI-Native Architectures
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and embeddings
- Agentic AI / Agentic frameworks
- Data Lake architecture
- Robust SQL and Python
- Experience with GenAI integrations
- Understanding of LLM fine-tuning and response standardization
- Knowledge of memory management for AI/GenAI applications
- Experience integrating AI solutions with cloud-native AI services such as AWS or Azure
- Strong architecture principles across data, application, infrastructure and security layers
- Strong RCA and problem-solving skills

AI / GenAI Responsibilities

- Design AI-native architectures incorporating RAG, embeddings and Agentic frameworks.
- Develop and integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise data platforms.
- Work with LLMs, including understanding of fine-tuning and response standardization.
- Design approaches for AI memory management and contextual responses.




- Integrate AI capabilities with AWS/Azure cloud-native AI services.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and develop POCs where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/GenAI to business and technical problems.

Data & Architecture Responsibilities

- Design scalable data and AI architectures across multiple technology layers.
- Define data models and architecture patterns supporting Data Lakes and AI workloads.
- Research requirements, feasibility, costs, benefits and functional requirements.
- Resolve critical technical challenges requiring immediate resolution.
- Apply architecture principles to complex business and technical problems.
- Drive technology evaluation, innovation and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, performance and reliability requirements.

Leadership & Client Responsibilities

- Act as a Technical Lead and SME across relevant technology disciplines.
- Lead small teams of approximately 2–4 members.
- Provide technical direction, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Work directly with clients and influence technical/project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, Project Leaders, business teams and vendors.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Build effective relationships across business and technology teams.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to project management activities.

Good to Have

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field
- Financial services / brokerage domain experience
- Experience across multiple technology layers
- Cloud architecture experience
- Knowledge of security, infrastructure and application architecture
- Strong project management understanding
- Experience leading technical POCs and research initiatives
