The Workday Time & Absence Analyst will contribute to the delivery of high quality and timely service to cross-functional organizations. As part of the Time and Absence product team, the Workday Time & Absence Analyst will support implementation of system configuration updates while contributing to HR Technology Release planning, analysis, and deploymentKey Activities for the Workday Time & Absence Analyst include:- Serve as the key Workday configuration expert for time tracking and absence module for all countries outside of the US.- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows related to time tracking, scheduling, and absence management.- Conduct system testing and validation activities for Workday updates and enhancements related to time and absence functionality, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Responsible for successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines.- Contribute to research, evaluation, planning, design,



and deploying technology-related HR initiatives.- Support other functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, and Talent/Performance as necessary.- Work with HR Technology service provider for complex project implementations.- Apply Amgens Information Security and Privacy policies, standards, and processes to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of our HR data.- Assist in development of training materials and partner in change management efforts and organizational readiness.- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to time and absence management and Workday functionality.Required Qualifications- 4 years of experience with Workday Configuration within the Time Tracking/Absence modules, Workday Reporting, and Business Process administration.- Demonstrated success in managing projects related to HR Technology in a fast-paced, Agile Environment.- Proficient in implementing current HR Technology solutions, optimizing business processes, and improving workflow efficiency.- Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Track record of delivering successful outcomes in both HR and IT environments, with a focus on enhancing the overall user experience.. .
