Set objectives for the HR team and track progress based on metrics.2. Monitor internal HR systems and databases3.



Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;following up on work results4. On-boarding (verifications & documentation, induction, training etc)5. Generalist Activities (Employee engagement/relationship, payroll, PFs,events, CSR etc)6. Miscellaneous Activities (Preparing various reports, Analysing Jobs/Hires -quarterly/half yearly/annually sometimes daily)7. Handel 4-5 clients at a time.8. Visit one day in a week/month to the clients place.9. Should be okay with coordinating and scheduling for Tech Hirings.Requirements:1. 2-4 Years of experience in Operations.2. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.3. Team management skills.4. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.5. Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders. .
