The CTO area drives digital transformation and leverages innovation while keeping production operations stable.Within the CTO Area, the Cloud / Core Infrastructure department enables the usage of public cloud services from Microsoft and Google and provides core infrastructure services such as data center management and non-trading network operations. The department develops and maintains cloud platforms for GCP and Azure, which allows the other IT departments (Product ITs)



to make use of cloud in a safe and effective manner.You will drive the transformation of modern technologies and infrastructure in a highly regulated capital markets environment; advance innovation and contribute to Deutsche Brse Groups overall strategy.Tasks/responsibilities:Strong leadership of a team of cloud engineers in India, building and growing the team and interfacing with adjacent teams in India and abroadOperate and monitor GCP and Azure cloud platforms from an automation, availability, security and performance aspectProvide support to cloud platform users in the Product IT teamsProcess requests / Jira tickets handed in by Product IT teamsDrive automation of operations of the cloud platform in collaboration with other cloud platform teamsWork closely with Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platform Engineering, and Emergency Response teamsAdvise the different Product IT teams within DBG with deep technical know-how in their efforts of securing cloud workloadsShare and exchange knowledge and expertise within DBGQualifications/required skills:University degree related to Information Technology, Cyber Security, or other technical degreeAt least five years experience in a management capacity incl. team lead capability3 years experience in complex IT Operations and IT service management5 years work experience in cloud computing with experience regarding GCP and AzureKnowledge and experience in the area of information security concepts and tools, container technologies, Infrastructure-as-Code, and scriptingHighly organized, and strong communication capabilities and team orientationIndependent work method, high commitment to quality, and high self-responsibility & ownershipProficiency in written and spoken English (at least level B2) .
