Position: Sales & Service Engineer Location : Mumbai/Pune Key Responsibilities: Evaluate projects and collect feedback from existing and prospective customers Experience on preparation of Tender and offer to the customer Identify current opportunities (product/ market) for future growth Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from different sites, i.E. GEM etc. Read the drawing properly and understand technical requirements from customer Installation & Maintenance: Preferably Installing of new battery chargers / battery banks/ DCDB/ACDB/ BHMS etc., conducting routine maintenance, and performing repairs. Site visit to understand the requirement of job in respect of modification and service Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and electrical/ Circuit, etc. faults. Follow-up with customer for order optimization Follow up with customer for payment Generations of different weekly and daily reports. Proper documentation Meeting with internal teams on different issues. Experience & Qualifications: B. E or 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics 3+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in UPS, battery, battery charger, or related power-electronics products.
