Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in the restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or food & beverage industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of restaurant marketing, social media trends, content creation, digital campaigns, customer engagement, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies for restaurant/QSR brands across Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the complete social media calendar, including posts, reels, stories, campaigns and promotional content.
- Create engaging and trend-driven content around food, restaurants, offers, launches, events and customer experiences.
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, audio trends and competitor activities.
- Manage online community engagement, comments, messages, reviews and customer interactions. Develop marketing campaigns specifically designed for restaurants, QSRs and food brands.




- Promote new menu launches, offers, festive campaigns, special events and outlet openings.
- Understand customer behaviour, food trends and local market dynamics.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Utilise AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, campaign planning, market research, competitor analysis and social media optimisation.
- Track and analyse social media and digital marketing performance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Solid understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Prior experience in restaurant, QSR, hospitality, food & beverage or related industries is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, You Tube and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Excellent communication, coordination and project management skills.
