The Little Biggest Design Company is a creative studio based in New Delhi, working across design, digital, branding, communications, and content. We work with clients across sectors to create thoughtful, visually strong communication materials for both digital and print.
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong layout and editorial design skills who can take complex content and transform it into transparent, engaging, and visually compelling communication.
This role is particularly suited to designers who enjoy working on reports, publications, brochures, presentations, flyers, campaign collateral, and other content-heavy design projects and have a strong eye for typography, hierarchy, grids, composition, and visual storytelling.
Role Description:
As a Senior Graphic Designer – Layout & Visual Design, you will be responsible for independently conceptualising and designing a wide range of communication materials, with a strong focus on layout and publication design. You will work closely with Creative Head and Manager to understand the communication objective, structure information effectively, develop visual concepts, and deliver polished designs for print and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is someone who is highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, understands the fundamentals of excellent graphic design, and is comfortable using AI tools as part of their everyday creative workflow. You should be able to take a document with large amounts of content and turn it into a well-structured, visually engaging publication — without compromising readability, consistency, or design quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Layout & Publication Design
- Design and execute annual reports, research reports, publications, brochures, flyers, booklets, newsletters, presentations, case studies, and other communication materials.
- Develop strong page layouts using grids, typography, visual hierarchy, imagery, illustrations, charts, and infographics.
- Structure and organise large volumes of content into clear and engaging visual narratives.
- Create master pages, style systems, paragraph/character styles, grids, and reusable design components.
- Maintain consistency across multi-page documents and large publications.
- Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for print and digital use.
- Work with printers and production teams when required.
Graphic & Visual Design
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on project objectives and communication requirements.
- Create supporting illustrations, icons, infographics, diagrams, social media creatives, and digital assets.
- Adapt key visual concepts across different formats and platforms.
- Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines while maintaining a strong visual identity.
- Select and work with appropriate photography, illustrations, icons, and other visual assets.
AI-Assisted Design
- Use AI tools to improve and accelerate the creative process, including ideation,
visual exploration, image generation/editing, research, content structuring, and design production.
- Experiment with emerging AI-powered design and creative tools and identify practical applications within the studio's workflow.
- Be comfortable combining AI-generated outputs with professional design tools to create polished, production-ready work.
- Stay updated with new AI capabilities, design tools, and creative workflows.
Required Skills & Tools:
Essential
- Adobe InDesign – Advanced
- Adobe Illustrator – Advanced

- Strong knowledge of AI-powered creative and design tools
- Strong understanding of typography, grids, composition, spacing, hierarchy, and visual systems.
- Excellent layout and editorial design skills.
- Strong understanding of print production and file preparation.
- Ability to work with both structured and unstructured content.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in multi-page documents.
Experience:
3–7 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, publication design, editorial design, communication design, or a similar field.
Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating strong experience in:
- Report / publication layout design

- Editorial / content-heavy design
- Brand and communication design
- Digital and social media creatives
- Infographics and visual storytelling
A strong portfolio is essential. We are particularly interested in seeing how you handle multi-page layouts, typography, information hierarchy, and complex content.
