Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infor Tax Factory Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining Infor Tax Factory solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of tax calculation processes, payroll integrations, tax rules, and troubleshooting within enterprise payroll environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Infor Tax Factory solutions.
- Configure federal, state, local, and other applicable tax jurisdictions and tax rules.
- Manage tax updates, patches, and regulatory changes within Tax Factory.
- Integrate Infor Tax Factory with payroll and HR systems .
- Analyze and troubleshoot tax calculation, withholding, and payroll-related issues.
- Work with functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Configure and maintain tax-related interfaces, integrations, and data flows.
- Perform system testing, including unit, integration, regression, and payroll parallel testing.
- Support year-end tax processing and tax reporting activities.
- Monitor tax updates and ensure compliance with changing tax regulations.
- Prepare technical/functional documentation, configuration guides, and support procedures.
- Participate in production support, incident resolution, and issue management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, payroll teams, developers, and other application teams.
- Support enhancements,



upgrades, migrations, and new jurisdiction implementations.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience with Infor Tax Factory.
- Strong understanding of payroll tax calculation and withholding processes .
- Experience with federal, state, and local tax configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Tax Factory configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting .
- Experience integrating Tax Factory with payroll/HR applications.
- Good understanding of interfaces, APIs, file-based integrations, and data exchange.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with testing and validation of tax calculations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Infor HCM / Infor Payroll .
- Experience with Infor Cloud Suite solutions.
- Knowledge of Infor OS / ION and integration technologies.
- Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Tax Factory upgrades and tax regulatory releases.
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations and multi-state taxation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Infor Tax Factory professional who can independently handle configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, regulatory updates, and production support activities while working closely with payroll and business teams.
