We are looking for a Presales Engineer who understands networking and enjoys working with customers and sales teams.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing suitable networking solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Lanmus networking solutions.
- Work with the sales team to prepare technical proposals, quotations, BOMs, and network diagrams.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers and partners.
- Support network design, product selection, and proof-of-concept deployments.
- Assist with technical queries, troubleshooting, and solution integration.
- Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams.




- Stay updated with networking technologies and Lanmus products.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in presales, networking, technical support, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, PoE, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with managed switches and enterprise networking solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in easy language.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- CCNA or other networking certifications are an advantage.
