Outbound Caller – US Dental Practice (Remote, Night Shift)

Schedule:** Sunday night to Thursday night (IST) – US daytime hours (CST) & Alternate saturdays

Compensation:** ₹50,000/month base + ₹350 (US $4) commission for every scheduled appointment that shows up

## About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, results-driven Outbound Caller to support our four Houston-area dental offices. You will contact prospective and existing patients, schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and help patients say yes to the care they need. Every appointment you book that shows up puts money directly in your pocket.

## Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments

- Follow up on patient inquiries, treatment plans, recalls,



and missed appointments

- Maintain accurate call logs and patient records in our CRM/practice management system

- Coordinate with our US-based front desk and office teams

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, friendly phone presence

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, appointment setting, or customer service

- Comfortable working US hours (night shift IST) on a consistent schedule

- Good organizational and multitasking skills

- Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and Microsoft Office

Compensation Details

- Base salary:** ₹50,000/month

- Show commission:** ₹350 (US $4) for every appointment you book that arrives for their visit — uncapped

- Consistent, fixed schedule with weekends off (Friday & Saturday nights IST)
