GTM Engineer Build the Growth Engine That Gets Twincall Customers
Twincall is building AI teammates for the businesses that keep America running.
Our AI answers calls 24/7 for businesses like auto repair shops, moving companies, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, security companies, gyms, and other service businesses—helping them capture customers and revenue they would otherwise lose. We're looking for a GTM Engineer to work directly with the CEO and build the systems that consistently put Twincall in front of the right business owners. This is not a traditional SDR role. You won't spend your day manually building lists and sending emails. You'll use data, code, APIs, scraping, automation, AI, and experimentation to build a scalable outbound machine. Your job is to figure out: How do we consistently get more qualified conversations with business owners?
Your Mission
Build and operate Twincall's outbound growth engine.
You'll own the process from:
Find → Enrich → Qualify → Contact → Follow Up → Book → Measure → Improve
The goal isn't activity. The goal is qualified meetings with business owners who have a real problem Twincall can solve. If we want 20 qualified meetings with auto repair shop owners this month, your job is to figure out how to make it happen.
What You'll Do1. Build Prospecting Systems
Find the businesses most likely to need Twincall.
You'll:
- Identify high-value service businesses across the U.S.
- Build targeted prospect lists
- Find owners and decision-makers
- Scrape and aggregate data from multiple sources
- Enrich companies and contacts
- Find phone numbers, emails, websites, and other relevant data
- Identify signals that indicate a business is a strong Twincall prospect
- Build systems to automatically score and prioritize prospects
- Continuously improve our ideal customer profile
We're not interested in massive lists of random businesses. We want small, highly targeted lists of businesses that are likely to buy. The current tech stack we use for GTM orchestration is Apollo, Google Maps, n8n and Open AI API.
2. Build Automated Outbound
Turn prospect data into conversations.
You'll:
- Build and manage cold email campaigns
- Create personalized outbound sequences
- Automate prospect research
- Build follow-up systems
- Test different messaging, offers, and CTAs
- Experiment with Linked In and other outbound channels
- Build internal tools that make our sales process faster
- Continuously test new approaches
Whenever you find yourself doing the same task repeatedly, your first question should be:
"Can I automate this?"
3. Use AI as a GTM Weapon
AI will be a major part of this role.
You'll experiment with AI to:
- Research prospects
- Analyze business websites
- Identify likely pain points
- Personalize outbound messages
- Generate prospect-specific talking points
- Qualify and score leads
- Prioritize accounts
- Analyze sales calls
- Identify patterns in winning customers
- Improve messaging
- Automate repetitive GTM work
The objective is to build a small-team GTM machine capable of producing the output of a much larger sales organization.
4. Own the Funnel
You'll track the entire funnel:
Prospects → Contacts → Replies → Qualified Leads → Meetings → Demos → Customers
You'll constantly be asking:
- Which industries convert best?
- Which types of businesses respond?
- Which data sources produce the best prospects?
- Which lists produce meetings?
- Which messaging gets replies?
- Which channels produce customers?
- Where are prospects dropping off?
- What should we automate?
- What should we stop doing?
Then you'll build and test the answer.
This is a highly analytical role.
5. Experiment
We don't know exactly what the best GTM system for Twincall will look like yet.
That's part of the job.
You'll have the freedom to experiment with:
- New data sources
- Web scraping
- APIs
- AI agents
- New outbound channels
- Personalization
- Current verticals
- Different offers
- Different messaging
- Automation
- New GTM tools
- New ways of finding business owners
If you find a better way to generate meetings:
Build it. Test it. Measure it. Scale it.
The Technical Side
This is a technical GTM role, so you should be comfortable working with things like:
- APIs
- Web scraping
- Data enrichment
- CSVs / spreadsheets
- Webhooks
- Automation platforms
- Basic scripting / programming
- AI tools and APIs
- CRM and sales data
- Data analysis
Our current stack includes tools such as:
Apollo, n8n, Instantly, Google Maps, Google Sheets, APIs, AI tools, and various data providers.
You don't need to know every tool. In fact, we care much more about your ability to figure things out than whether you've used our exact stack. We are open to using other tools as needed. If you see a problem and think: "There has to be a way to automate this." That's the mindset we're looking for.
What We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you've worked as a:
- GTM Engineer
- Growth Engineer
- Growth Hacker
- Rev Ops Engineer
- Technical SDR
- Sales Engineer
- Founding GTM hire
- Growth-focused software engineer
- Startup generalist
- Outbound automation specialist
More importantly, you should have:
- Strong technical ability
- Strong analytical thinking
- Experience with outbound, growth, sales, or lead generation
- Comfort working with APIs and data
- Experience building automations and workflows
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent research skills
- An experimental mindset
- Extreme ownership
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Comfort operating without a detailed playbook
You don't need someone to tell you exactly what to do every morning. You need a problem and the freedom to solve it. We want someone who can get shit done without being handheld.
What Success Looks Like
Your primary KPI is qualified meetings generated.
Not:
- Emails sent
- Leads scraped
- Linked In messages sent
- Hours worked
- Activities completed
We care about:
How many qualified conversations did you create?
And ultimately:
How much revenue did those conversations generate?
You'll be expected to build a repeatable system that consistently generates conversations with:
- Auto repair shop owners
- Moving company owners
- HVAC & plumbing business owners
- Pest control owners
- Security company owners
- Gym owners
- Other service-business decision-makers
Why This Role Is Different
You'll work directly with the CEO at an early-stage AI company who's a second-time founder that's raised millions in funding and comes from a Harvard and big tech pedigree.
There is no 50-page corporate playbook. There is no giant marketing team. There is no army of SDRs.
You'll have significant autonomy and a huge amount of room to experiment.
If you discover a new data source that gives us better prospects, use it.
If you discover a better way to personalize emails, build it.
If you find a way to automate something that currently takes two hours, automate it.
If you find a completely new channel that works, go after it.
You won't just operate the GTM system. You'll build it.
Compensation
Competitive base + performance-based compensation tied to qualified meetings and revenue generated.
Compensation will reflect your experience, technical ability, and ability to independently build and operate a GTM engine.
Who You'll Work With
You'll work directly with the CEO and founder of Twincall. The company is still in stealth mode.
This is a remote role with significant autonomy. We care about output, not hours online.
You could be an experienced GTM engineer, a developer who loves growth, or someone who has taught themselves how to build outbound systems. What matters most is that you're technical, resourceful, competitive, and obsessed with figuring things out.
The Person We're Looking For Imagine I tell you: "We need 20 qualified meetings with auto repair shop owners this month. Figure it out."
Your reaction shouldn't be:
"How much budget do we have?" or "Can you give me a detailed process?" It should be: "Give me a day. I'll figure out how to do it."
If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
