Suite practice.

We’ve recently completed one of the largest Net

Suite deployments in the market to date—consolidating SAP, Oracle EBS, and System 32 into a single instance for a major TMT (Technology, Telecommunications & Media) client.

We are building on this momentum and hiring a new team member to support our ongoing Managed Service engagements and new implementations.

About the Role

As a Net

Suite Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in leading business requirement gathering sessions, conducting fit-gap analysis, and managing the lifecycle of client tickets, while also advising clients on leveraging AI features within Net

Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead business requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into configurations or customizations.

Conduct "fit-gap" analysis for new module rollouts to guide clients toward standard features.

Own the lifecycle after the client’s "functional grooming" of a ticket, from solution design to final deployment.

Develop, test, and deploy customizations using Suite

Script (1.0 & 2.x), Suite

Talk, and Suite

Flow.

Advise clients on the Net

Suite AI roadmap and help them leverage Suite

Sense and other AI-driven features.

Support integrations between Net

Suite and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Billing platforms, etc.).

Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in functional design, development, and administration of Net

Suite.

Good understanding of ERP core business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C),



Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and financial management (GL, AR, AP).

Experience with Net

Suite's configuration including Suite

Builder, Suite

Flow (workflows), and Saved Searches.

Support Net

Suite Application Users on day-to-day issues.

Experience with Reports and Dashboard.

Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with Net

Suite.

User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining Net

Suite standard practices.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Suite

Script (Java

Script-based) and a deep understanding of the Net

Suite data model and Suite

Cloud platform.

Ability to understand how Net

Suite is utilizing AI in their product and advise clients on utilizing AI for predictive analytics and process improvement.

Consultative mindset to advocate for "out of the box" best practices vs. custom extensions.

Proficiency in creating clear solution design documents (SDD) and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts.

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required to support our global client base.

Preferred Skills

Net

Suite Certified ERP Consultant or Certified Developer is a significant plus.

Additional experiences such as with integration tools e.g.

Workato, supporting Zone or other billing platforms.
TMT industry experience with the transition from an asset-based business to subscription business models.

Shift Timing: 1 PM PST to 8 PM PST (California Time Zone)
