Business Development Representatives (BDRs) / Inside Sales professionals

with experience in the

US Staffing industry

to join our growing team.

This role is for professionals who can go beyond mass emailing and understand how to:
• Identify and research the right target accounts
• Connect with decision-makers across Direct Clients, MSPs and System Integrators
• Create meaningful conversations through Email, Linked

In and Cold Calling
• Understand staffing requirements and business opportunities
• Handle objections and build interest
• Qualify prospects and schedule meaningful meetings
• Build a consistent pipeline for the sales leadership team





What we're looking for: Experience in US Staffing Business Development / Inside Sales
Exposure to Direct Client, MSP/VMS or SI outreach
Robust cold calling and email outreach capabilities
Experience using Linked

In, Zoom

Info, Apollo or similar sales tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A proactive, target-driven and ownership mindset

We are not looking for someone who simply measures success by the number of emails sent.

We are looking for someone who understands how to open doors, start conversations, and create genuine business opportunities.
